They had an existing website which was not working for their business. The website was slow and clunky, poorly designed and didn’t reflect the high quality of Pristine’s services. In regards to functionality, the website didn’t offer the full capabilities required of a website selling online. They also offered a number of different services under various URLS, which needed to be incorporated into one, succinct site. That’s where we came in! They commissioned us to build a new, small business website design, taking all their various services into account, as well as integrating an effective e-commerce platform for online sales.

We designed and created a detailed small business website design, incorporating the various services offered by the company, with an integrated e-commerce platform to allow online sales. Pristine’s offerings are split between bespoke services and out of the box products, and our website design targeted customers for both of these outcomes. After launch, the Covid-19 pandemic hit, and online sales of hygiene products for Pristine went through the roof, requiring us to actually close the e-commerce section of the website as they couldn’t keep up with the huge demands. The website now details their washroom services, laundry services and logo and dust mat supply, while also including in-depth information about their environmental considerations and responsibilities. Pristine are charity driven, so it was important for us to include their charity initiatives under an About Us area of the website, too, for awareness and support.

The small business website design we created is fully responsive, with optimised content for every device, desktop through mobile. While visitors are primarily visiting the site on desktop devices, we always want to provide an inclusive and interactive user experience, however you’re visiting the website. We built the website with WordPress, which allows the client to observe visitor and customer analytics, so they can feed this information back into offering the service that their customers are looking for.
